Went to this location with one of my friends to order for us and a few more back at home. While en route, a few more folks ended up coming to our house. So! We ended up ordering almost $200 worth of food from this Popeye's without calling ahead. Just wanted to give a shout out and a big "Sorry!" to the employees that we're working that evening. They were very polite and friendly despite our giant order and all of our food was ready very quickly. Great job, all!
Absolutely unprofessional! The gal taking our order was so rude and hateful! No ice in our drinks and when asked she said “ there is none thanks!” Then had to wait 35 min after leaving drive through line for our food!
Very good, not overly spicy, crispy chicken. Service in the drive through is a bit slower than other fast food places. Worth the wait.
The place is very clean and your order is handled in a quick timely manner. It’s pleasant to have a quick bite here with recorded jazz music in the background.
It’s not the type of food I usually eat, but it’s fair to give these guys a four star review.
Experience was disappointing. You cannot order just 2 pieces of chicken & call it good, like you can @ some other chicken places, your meal MUST contain a side, biscuit & a drink, even if you don't want it, this is COMPLETELY what you call not serving up to what the customer (s) want & their way. Guess I'll be driving 3 miles to try out Churches chicken instead of Popeye's, even though Popeye's is only a 1/4 mile away. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Plus the sides that I had to get w/my order, one of them were completely wrong. I swear, the competency of the employees, not only at Popeye's, is unbelieveable, my 11 year old daughter can read instructions & complete them correctly better than the majority of these employees. Managers? Train your employees, if they can't "hack" it when all hell breaks & your busy as all get out, even after the training, find someone who can. There are always other restaurants, fast food or otherwise that is customers can & will go to.
If they would prepare roasted chicken, I would definitely go more often.
