Jennifer is always friendly and helpful in getting a car for me. I've been renting from Budget in KC for 9 years and at this location the last 10 months. I've had very positive experiences and I plan to be back!
The service and check-in is always fast and friendly. The cars are always clean and ready to go. I will continue to use them for as many of my business rental vehicle needs as is possible.
Probably worst over the phone experience I have ever had. Just needed a few SIMPLE questions answered, but after calling over 8 different times and not being patched through to anyone, I was becoming very impatient. Not a single person near Kansas City could even answer a phone.. The automated prompt made this experience even worse. Finally had to figure out a different way to get connected to a representative somehow to get 3 little questions answered. Customer service is absolutely shot with these guys. I'd recommend saving the time and headache and visiting a local Hertz or Enterprise where they at least answer the phone and care about business
The Gladstone Budget office experience has been nothing but exceptional. I have used them for a long time. They are always very professional and courteous. I will continue to use them for all of my business or personal car rental needs.
I have rented from this location several times over the last 6 months. It started as just being very convenient for me, but it has become my go to place due to the level of customer service I receive. Anytime that I call, the folks there are quick to get me an answer, and always do what they can to help me out. The rentals are always ready for me, and anytime that I have needed to change things around, folks are willing to work with me and do what they can. I will not rent from anywhere else!!
