Love going in to see Katy (allinder) Palmer! She's great.
The other staff are pretty good about calling me back when I have questions and I can usually get in to see the dr. within a day or two of needing to go in. They do call back if the schedule changes and they can fit me in sooner.
Dr. Harlan has been my doctor for years after my original doctor tragically passed away, and he has always been excellent to me, however the receptionists are ALWAYS RUDE. Always cutting you off, always chatting it up with each other and ignoring guests who are patiently waiting to be helped, avoiding any kind of small talk even when it's not busy. I just want to feel comfortable when going for a checkup, but I can't whenever the poor receptionists can't get over their sad sad personal lives and have to take it out on everyone else. I would give this place five stars if they fired all of their receptionists and actually hired ones with decent personalities. Get your crap together ladies!
My family have been patients for 20 years. Caring staff, generally prompt appointment times, time set aside for urgent same day appointments. We feel very well cared for here.
Would've given a 0 if I could. Didn't have any answers to my questions, pushed me off and dismissed my issues. Very rude and very unprofessional.
