Don is the nicest man I have ever met! He was so welcoming and helpful for my first foundations class, and I will definitely be back. If you are looking for a gym with a friendly and kind environment, as well as one that pushes you to be a better athlete...this is the place to go.

They do an excellent job of tailoring the workouts to the needs and capabilities of their clients. I've been a member for nearly a year now, and I can't wait to see the results the upcoming year bring.
