I've been a member for something like 10yrs now. But this branch is always the most pleasent and helpful! It's always a great experience when doing business with them (ESP. JUSTIN!) Hahaha I've yet to ever have a problem or a snafoo that they weren't able to solve quickly and professionally. You guys are awesome and keep up the greatness at work
Great work to Matthew and Justin at 7117 N Prospect Ave Gladstone, MO 64119. We went to them after being disrespected and treat like we didn’t matter. (at this location 6098 NE Antioch Road Kansas City, MO 64119). Matthew let us explain in full what we needed to do, now he stated that we would not be able to convert and why and then followed up by saying but we can do this for you. If Jacqueline had followed how Matthew spoke to use there would not have been an issue. We would have done what Matthew had suggest but there were technical issues with the system. Every time we go in to this branch all tellers and manger are will to listen and not interrupt and help us with questions and give us options. This is great branch and maybe Matthew (the Manger) needs to train Jacqueline and how to be a great manger. As we have found out that Jacqueline is the manager at the branch store at 6098 NE Antioch Road Kansas City, MO 64119.
