Poorly maintained location with unexplained price increases. As has been mentioned in other reviews the place you get out out your car to put in the code floods whenever it rains. Also, no security whatsoever. Unexplained price increases on your bill. And the best part is your access code getting randomly shut off for no known reason. Go elsewhere if you prefer a well kept, secure location that actually communicates with its customers.
I just spoke with a woman named Pam who needs serious training on customer service and relations. I would recommend going anywhere else for storage needs. It's also a bonus if the person who calls themselves the manager doesn't hang up on a potional customer after being completely condescending.
Didn't tell us when the storage unit would be auctioned they refused and we had financial struggles after a house fire not due to anything else was treated like I was a horrible person cause of it all my kids things including art work babybooks pics and birth records and social security cards were in that unit also I would have paid the $45 the sold.it for to get my stuff back I had $170 but they wanted the full $200 to stop auction so I saved the money for auction which they refused to let us know when that is not ok and legally I thought they had to tell you now I lost everything I had left of my 2 children
