My only complaint with them is they don't ever get very many non AAA titles to rent unless theyre for the PS4. The Xbox gets almost none, and most newer games they get 1-3 copies of for now, UNLESS AGAIN its ps4, then they get 2-6. But otherwise its great, and half off always really helps, $10-$15 and you get half off for a month ($4 five nights for a game? Yes please). My other big complaint is New Release movies, you HAVE to bring it back next day and cannot rent for 5 days, but video games you can. It makes no sense, especially when new release movies they typically have 10-40+ copies of.
Awesome video and game store! Troy is delightful and very knowledgeable about movies. We like to watch videos with our grandchildren and Family Video has an enormous selection of movies! Check out their specials...you can rent videos at very low prices. Family Video is an excellent choice for a wide variety of movies to view and games to play. I hope Family Video continues to be an important part of our KC North's family! Great job, Family Video!!

I love Family Video! Having worked at Blockbuster and Hollywood, and having a family of movie lovers, I hate the idea that getting movies from a machine or mail are causing the family experience of going to the video store to be something of the past. It's just another thing being taken by technology and the desire to just make everything go faster or be an instant swipe on a phone. The price is unbeatable as well with the monthly 1/2 price plan. And fits anyone needs by offering one day, two day and five day rentals!
Always have a great movie selection, the staff are always greeting you and friendly! Only movie place left around my area were you can go and rent in person.
