I picked up some pizzas and cheesy bread on Chiefs Gameday, they were swamped when I arrived. The manager was handling customers very quickly and did a good job. Food had great flavor, crust was good, can't go wrong with the Hawaiian Chicken. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, not bad would recommend this pizza place to anyone in the Gladstone area! Five stars
Have been a faithful Marco's Pizza for years here at this location... tonight the online order that I "always" place and also "order in person" the staff not only did not greet me when I approached for my "order is ready for pick up" but just did the same as all the other chain pizza and nearby eateries that we with few trust and can rely on, ignore and the order became a 25 minute order, if you are that under staffed due to many " back to school" or what ever don't lose your customer base due to the lack of training, leadership that we all have come to know and expect from your franchise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First complaint in 4-years about the staff not the quality of food...

I have lived less than a mile from here for the past year and never gotten a Marco's pizza. I ordered a pie today based on a review that it is like another place I really like. I placed my order at 4:25. It was here at 4:45. It's the best Kansas City pie I've ever had. The only pie better is Shakespeare's but that's 100 miles away in Columbia, MO. My only complaint is to myself that I've been eating Papa John's all this time when Marco's is closer, cheaper, and just so very delicious. Hell they'll even bring you a movie with it. You won't be sorry. Order one NOW!
Great pizza. But wish they had thick crust too. And the crust they do have wasn't so greasy
