In comparison, many other thrift stores will check the product and allow you to know if it's "working," "as is" or 7 day exchange, etc.
It's a thrift store. Place is usually pretty dirty, floors and bathrooms to be specific. Prices are a bit high considering the fact that it is a low-end thrift store. Prices were better before it was a Red Racks. Savers has better stuff for usually the same prices it better.
Also, I wanted to purchase a rice steamer/cooker and decided not to get it. I didn't plug it up either. I believe a part was missing and the Manager advised me that no refund/exchange. The price was too much for me to take a chance.
I'll keep checking for a change in exchanges and refund policy, specifically when the items are not working and the employees response is they don't know.
Additionally, I purchased a watch and the store Manager advised me of no exchange or refund on jewelry. When I received my receipt, it directs you to a website for exchange information.
Love it!!!! Good prices. And great deals. For a good cause too.
This is a great store. I love the fact that everything is in order and neat. I also particularly love the fact that all of their pants and shirts are clearly marked with their sizes so you don't have to go digging through tons and tons of stuff to find anything you want. They also have great sales practically every weekend, including 50% off this or 50% off that. It's just a really good store. There's also a very nice selection of clothes for larger men.
The prices are higher than a lot of other thrift stores. I signed up to be texted regarding upcoming sales, so I receive a notice approximately every weekend. However, I found some good deals, but rare.

Some of their prices seem a little expensive some very reasonable. They have a great selection of furniture. The staff seem a little rude.
