First of all, orange is my favorite color. So that prompted me to go. What kept me in the ORANGE and not the BLUE was the great customer service. I didn't have to wander about looking for an aisle. They actually escorted me to it. Over the years a lot of money has been spent in this particular location on Old Pike Rd. I know this store so well I can show other customers around. And if my dad is with me, he gives advice on which works best with what. WE ADORE YOU HOME DEPOT!
Really knowledgeable, friendly employees at this location. I came in on a Saturday evening with pretty specific questions on installing a deck, Jason D. helped me figure out the best items I needed for the job. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend this location and Jason. I have never had a bad experience here.
Better prices than Lowes. I like both though. Well stocked. Not very well staffed as far as people in the isles. I never need help anyway. As a contractor, hardware stores are like toy stores for me.
Dreaded going to a new Home Depot because the thermostat I needed wasnt in stock. A super friendly guy took me to their service counter where they had them, compared a couple things with me between different generations then double checked the in store price to the online price. When the in store price was more than advertised he fixed it with a discount. I finished my transaction and he shook my hand and smiled while thanking me. I will totally make the drive here if anything is out at the store closest to my house.
Had to return an item I bought yesterday and Customer Service was quick and polite. Also, saw the offer for free carpet installation. So I scheduled a measurement for this week. Again the associate was polite and efficient.
