I go to Sarah here and she does an amazing job. She listens to exactly what I want, does a great job every time, and always entertains with conversation. Prices are great for the quality as well.
As a "Business Owner" in the Northland of 21 yrs, she is the worst yet for stylists..
She turned a ladies hair pink!
I'm not the only client she has ruined, need I say more?

She totally ruined my "Beautiful Long Blonde Hair" with Bleach and turned it Orange! When politely ask to fix, she said it would be next week.. Would you wait another minute if you had orange hair, and paid well over $100.00?
Amber did a great job on my haircut. I highly recommend her.

Very poor customer service. Julie scheduled my wife at 10:30am. She called my wife at 10am to say her appointment was 10am which was not correct. Then told my wife she had to reschedule her since she was using a groupon. Also that she would not honor my wife's groupon entirely. She said she would only honor for what she paid for the groupon. I think she is just scamming people.
I chose not to take a chance on her to absolutely fry my hair and have went elsewhere. I also ask for a friendly refund, and the answer was NO..
