Not a Pawn Shop anymore, maybe they should change there name then. Nor do they answer the phone with a business name, just hello.
Using pawnguru I had received 4 offers on 4 different items. I then accepted and set an appointment. First the address takes you to a closed down back half of a building no signage. Call the number provided get message driving can't talk. Now refuses to answer was told I never made an appointment. We drove 45 mins to do business not to play games.
I have not yet been to this place. I was looking through and almost scrolled past because of the ratings. From customers or shall I say people that were being overly sensitive and decided to leave bad comments please get a grip. You leave a negative message you better have something to back it up cuz this owner reads the reviews and responds accordingly. You get mad cuz they turned u away and decide to write negative posts oops better make sure ur legit cuz the owner completely burned u. U get turned away cuz u stole something and now play the victim really? Anyways if the owner handles her business and customers like she does her scammers I would totally do business! Hope she's around tomorrow. Btw I kno I'm not writing my experience as a customer but neither did u bad raters. I feel they deserve good marks to be able to stand up to people trying to bully her down!
Simply Amazing!!! To start with even though this mom and pop business was working with another customer in Liberty at 11pm they still agreed to meet me later that night to help solve my phone issues before my 5am flight. And no they did not answer the phone because they were busy, but they text me back within 2 minutes of my call. Great service from jump. After meeting near midnight and going thru their entire inventory and thinking they did not have what I needed. The owner began to call his competitors at midnight to see if they could help me. Who does that!!! They drove across the city to service my needs and are willing to do the work and give away the profits. Honest and hard working does not do this company justice. In the end, in the last box of inventory we found just what I wanted and they still gave me a deal of a price. At midnight when nothing else is open! I will use them whenever I have a phone issue or problem and I suggest anyone else you wants great service, and great prices to give them a call first. Thanks guys you saved my marriage!
