The doctor himself CAN be great but the staff and nurses are horrible and if someone does not watch them better, they are going to cost them a lawsuit. Good luck to anyone who goes here!
Dr. Timothy Frey and staff are the best...nurses...receptionists, lab tech, they are the sweetest and so accomodating. My husband and i have been with Dr Frey for about 30 years. Our adult kids continued here and our grands even come here. We love this place and continued with them even after we moved 30 minutes away to platte city, mo. :)
I love my doctor I go to! But I give them three stars because the staff is always rude. When I call to make an appointment they are rude, call for any questions they are rude, and when I go in to check in they are rude. Sometime I even want to go somewhere else but my doctor is too awesome. If only they could fix their staff.
We have been going to this office for over 24 years. We have never had a bad experience. The office staff, nurses, lab lady and everyone are always very friendly & helpful. Kerri Keiberlein & Dr. Drogen are the best.
I've never been to this Dr office and probably never will. Per their policy they do not take patients that are on any controlled medications. I asked what did they consider controlled. I was told medications for stress, anxiety, depression, pain medications(all kinds). Hell that's half of the population. This is a concern to me. They are not very understanding and concern Dr's. So I would not want to put my health care in their hands. 2 thumbs down......
