I was in the market to buy a truck and stopped by Gladstone Dodge. Anthony Carter greeted me and was right there to help me out. He listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. Long story short, he was friendly and nice and wasn't pushy like normal salesmen. He met my wife and and put up with her negotiating tactics and was totally cool the whole time. We will definitely be back to see him!
We went to Gladstone dodge looking at new vehicles, since I get employee price on new, they were nice helping us find the vehicle we wanted, UNTIL the guy realized we weren't going to be an easy sale, they he acted like he just didn't care and we weren't easy enough for him. We had just moved so didn't have any bills in my husband's name, told him what we had and bam no return calls, so they lost a customer, and we went to a different dealership and they were more then happy to help us and get us into a vehicle we love. Sad that Gladstone dodge doesn't care about repeat customers. My family has bought 4 vehicles all new from them, not anymore.
Gladstone dealership is very clean and the team is friendly. I was assisted and helped by Jerry Hicks who was very helpful and very optimistic. If I were to recommend someone at the dealership it would definitely be him. He knew every vehicle on the lot and gave professional advice especially when it came to budgeting. From the financing team to the budgeting team each very professional and assisted in every detail when it came to satisfying our needs. It was about a 2 hour process and it was the fastest I've ever purchased a vehicle. Big thanks to "Jerry Hicks", and "to the team at Gladstone dealership.

I especially want to praise my salesman Kameron Harris. He was able to make the deal I needed to have happen. He never pressured or promised anything that he could not deliver. Excellent customer service!! Michael Fish is the best! Shortly after buying my Jeep (from a different dealership) I had to take it in for service. Mike was so helpful and friendly! Due to there being a few issues, when I picked my jeep up it was definitely running better, but it still wasn't right. When I came back, Mike quickly helped me set up another appointment and even offered to go for a ride with me so I could point out what I was hearing. He make a note for the technician to talk to him before they worked on my Jeep. Mike is the best! He's dedicated to making sure you have the best possible experience!
